We analyse and reflect on how Western elites perceive themselves and the world.

In a state of permanent crisis, how can you make sure your leadership compass points North?
The project has been initiated in 2025, when a workshop on leadership lessons from COVID-19 response was organised.
In a world where perceptions on what matters are so context-dependent, situational leadership fosters relevance instead of inspiration.
Initiated in 2024, the hic et nunc lab aims at designing serious games emulating situational leadership.
A first game has been developed with graduate students from Sciences Po Paris: Show Up! confronts aspiring and seasoned leaders with 60+ classic personal and management challenges where situational leadership is the way out.

We will build Europe together. Which Europe?
In 2025, in partnership with the Professional Government Association of Ukraine, we convened 16 mid-career leaders from Ukraine and France for 10 discussions on leadership and a conference organised at La Fabrique de la Diplomatie.
Intergenerational relations are often cited as a core leadership challenge.
In 2025, we asked 150 graduate students and young professionals what they considered to be “good” leadership.
The results point toward the need for explicit alignment in the workplace.
The resistance of Ukraine to the full-scale war waged by Russia surprised everyone.
In 2024, we endeavoured to understand what leadership lessons could be drawn from Ukraine, conducting 35 interviews with decision-makers in and out of Ukraine, and organising a conference in Paris, in partnership with the Professional Government Association of Ukraine and Havas Paris.
