How we research
Field Work
We go where it's hard to fake.
Authority under strain shows what it's made of. We engage with the people living it.
Dialogue
We convene leaders with different codes. Authority earned in one world rarely transfers to another, but some patterns do.
Applications
We turn findings into things leaders use.
Games, tools, exercises: each one a new way to observe. What we see goes back into the research.
ContributorsResearchers and decision-makers take part in our work, speaking at conferences, joining dialogues, testing tools before release. They come from government, defence, diplomacy, mediation, business, medicine, the academy and the arts, bringing experience, engagement, and the freedom to disagree.
